Privacy Policy

AMCreative is an immersive / XR creative studio operating in the Netherlands and Romania. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the rights you have. Questions? Email contact@amcreative.io.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:

• Contact form — your email address and the message you write.
• Waitlist — your email address.

If you tick the optional marketing checkbox on a form, we also record that separate choice (and when you made it) so we can send you occasional updates. It is never required to use a form.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't build profiles about you.

2. Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. This site uses only strictly-necessary cookies that our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set to keep the site secure and running — these don't identify you or track you across other sites.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics or the Facebook pixel). Because we set no non-essential cookies, there's no cookie-consent banner to click through — and you can block or delete cookies anytime in your browser settings.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To reply to your enquiry — on the basis of taking steps at your request / our legitimate interest in responding.
• To add you to a waitlist or mailing list — only with your consent (the checkbox you tick when submitting). You can withdraw it at any time.
• To send you marketing — occasional news and updates — only if you tick the separate, optional marketing box. It is never required to use a form, you can withdraw at any time, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") to run the site and communicate with you:

• Brevo — sends the notification email and, where applicable, stores mailing-list contacts.
• Google Workspace — our email inbox (contact@amcreative.io).
• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our records. Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (every mailing email also has an unsubscribe link).

7. How to exercise your rights & complaints

Email contact@amcreative.io and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority — in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Romania the ANSPDCP.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
